We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. We have a strong product-market-fit and happy customers (some of them raving fans, even). We are closing in on 150 000 assessed candidates, 8000 job positions, and 200 customers. We have proven that we can grow - now it’s time to start scaling.
For the fall we're now looking for a Digital Marketer / Growth Marketer to help us run our performance marketing machine, from setting the strategy for traffic acquisition to executing on tactics together with our agencies.
