freelancers

When you’re self-employed, there’s no-one looking out for your wellbeing, development, training or support. We want to change that.

Leapers has existed for over three years, supporting the mental health of the self-employed, and good job is the latest way in which we aim to directly support individuals.

The fee from a job posting goes to support the work we do, and when your client has hired and paid you to do good work for them, we can go even further and give you a little boost to invest in your own wellbeing, training and development, as a member of Leapers.

Even if you didn’t find the work via good job, we’ll still pay you if your client paid us, so make sure to encourage your clients to advertise their roles here - so everyone benefits.

And the more people who find jobs here, the more people we can support - so tell a fellow freelancer about the good jobs they can find here.

employers

There’s no-one investing in the wellbeing, development, training or support of your freelancers. We want to change that.

As a business, you want to be able to continue to access the best possible talent, but it’s almost impossible to invest in those individuals without getting wrapped up in complexity and tax implications.

Leapers has existed for over three years, supporting the mental health of the self-employed, and good job is the latest way in which we aim to directly support individuals.

The fee from your job posting goes to support the work we do, and when you’ve hired and paid a freelancer to do good work for you, we can go even further and give that member of Leapers a ltitle boost to invest in their own wellbeing, training and development.

Even if you didn’t find the freelancer via good job, we’ll still pay them if you paid us, so make sure you let your freelancer know, we’re looking out for them too.

And next time you hire a freelancer who we’ve supported, you know that you’ve played a part in supporting your talent, and the future success of your business.
